Autumn Baucom
Community Engagement Specialist
Autumn is a Partner Representative Agent for Union County’s 4-H. She is the specialist in establishing connections with students and parents of Union County Schools and possible partnerships and speaking engagements with Union County Schools.
Tina Jones-McDow
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Graduating from UNC-Charlotte, with a BA in English, Ms. Jones-McDow has spent 22 years as a secondary high school teacher and educational advocate.
She is professionally known in the music industry as The1Civilian and is the CEO of Tap In Music & Entertainment.
Emerging in 2022 as Yung Doc’s manager, The1Civilian created a campaign for Charlotte, NC Artists, ranging from touring and artists’ development. She developed a label for all up-and-coming artists, including showcases. planned network events and promotional campaigns.
We can only watch as she continues to hone her craft in this industry.

Shamika is the business owner of Mekscreations Media Solutions LLC provides creative, high-quality communication solutions tailored to your business goals by managing digital web channels, marketing communication, consultant services, and graphic design projects and campaigns.

Brunella E.
Interactive Project Manager
Brunella E is the Interactive Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Having Graduated from the Dabi’s Daughter Program, she decided to Volunteer her time to make it easier for young ladies in high school. She helps make the Graphic Designs for the Program and also Co-Host of the Podcast.
She is a Senior at Cato Middle College High School.

Zakiya S.
Social Media Specialist
Zakiya S. is our Social Media Specialist. Being another Graduate of Dabi’s Daughter’s Educational Scholarship Program, she volunteers her time, knowledge, and many gifts in keeping our Events “Spot-Lighted” on all Social Media Platforms, as well as, a Co-Host of the Podcast.
She is a student at Queens University of Charlotte and plans to be Business Administration Major, and Minor in Music.
