In 2020, Dabi's Daughter embarked on its mission to empower the next generation of women leaders. With a humble beginning of just eight classes, our vision was clear from the outset: to equip high school females with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of professional life with poise and confidence. Our dedication stems from a genuine recognition of the challenges faced by young women in bridging the gap between education and employment. Observing the lack of mentors and guides, we created programs that emphasize real-world applications and expectations. Honoring the legacy of our founders' matriarchs, we strive to break cycles of inadequate mentorship, contributing positively to societal and business environments.
